Acceptable forms of payment

Cash or credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card, you must fill out a DocuSign and ensure that your DocuSign is on file before the day of your exam.

Exam Ordering:

It is your responsibility to ensure that we have received all of your exam materials including any special accommodation instructions prior to the day of your exam.

If your exam materials are not received, you must contact your institution.

ID Verification:

we require 2 forms of valid identification. Acceptable forms of ID are:

⦁ State-Issued Driver’s License Card or Identification Card (must be valid; expired IDs will not be accepted)

⦁ School-issued identification card

⦁ Passport and/or Passport Card

⦁ Military ID

⦁ Green card/alien registration/permanent resident card

If you only have access to one form of valid ID listed above, you can use the following as a secondary ID

for verification (please note that these will not be accepted on their own):

⦁ Debit/Credit Card

⦁ Health Insurance Card

⦁ Employee ID

If you still do not have access to a secondary ID, your picture will be taken and sent to your institution for verification purposes.

What to Bring:

It is advisable to bring only the materials allowed for your exam (Ex: calculators, pre-approved note cards, etc.).

You will be asked to leave all personal belongings and electronics including but not limited to cell phones, laptops, iPads, backpacks, etc. in a locked drawer for the entire duration of the exam.

You will be provided with a computer, pencils, paper, and any other permitted test aids as indicated by your institution.
